Let us repair your favorite Anne Mulaire clothes so you can keep what you love, avoid overconsumption, and be better stewards of the planet. At Anne Mulaire, we want to help extend the life of as many garments as we can through our Refresh Program.
Repairs for Life includes unlimited small repairs (Refresh Level 1):
• Mend holes
• Repair seams
• Repair hem (shorten, stitching coming undone)
*Applicable on regularly priced Anne Mulaire Collection clothing. Excludes Green Sale, Last Chance, As Is, Resale, Artisan's Jewelery, Knitwear & Tru Earth items.
How to redeem your Repairs for Life:
STEPS 1: Drop off or mail your items to us along with the Refresh form.
STEPS 2: Our team will assess and start to repair your garments, typically within 1-4 weeks (depending on the repairs).
STEPS 3: We'll notify you when your garments are ready for pickup or shipping.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Anne Mulaire. When you require "REPAIR FOR LIFE" services, we will send you a personalized invoice covering the cost of shipping your refreshed garments back to you. Please note that this product is not eligible for free shipping.
We ask that all garments be freshly washed and free of pet hair before being returned for repairs. Please note that for health and safety reasons, our team may refuse to alter or repair unclean garments. Thank you for your cooperation.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
SALE: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit only, unworn and with original tags attached, along with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order
RESALE items: These items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Artisan Jewelry Items: All jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom orders or altered items: Custom orders, re-cuts and any altered items (including hemming) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
