When your Anne Mulaire or VOILÀ piece needs a little extra care, our Level 2 Refresh is here to help. This service is designed for one garment that requires multiple or larger repairs, giving it the attention it needs to look, feel, and perform beautifully again.
Includes:

4–6 small repairs (holes, seams, hems, stitching) or larger/more complex fixes

Reinforcing areas of heavy wear (e.g. side seams, crotch area, waistband)

General cleaning & adjustments to restore your garment’s comfort and durability
Example: A pair of leggings with several seam repairs plus a hem fix, or a top that needs multiple holes patched and reinforced.
How It Works:
Step 1: Choose and purchase your Refresh Service, one unit per garment.
Step 2: Send us your garments (include the Refresh Form).
Step 3: Our team will inspect your items and contact you if additional work or charges are needed.
Step 4: Once refreshed, we’ll notify you when your items are ready for pickup or delivery.

Turnaround time: 3–4 weeks (custom repairs may take longer)

Cleanliness: All garments must be freshly washed and free of pet hair (unclean items may be declined for health & safety)

Orders with new items: If you purchase new pieces along with a Refresh, your order will be processed once we receive your items for repair
