HEART BERRY T-Shirt
Heart Berry Organic Cotton T-Shirt – Limited Edition
Inspired by Indigenous teachings, this ethically made T-shirt honours the heart berry—the strawberry—a symbol of love, healing, and community in many First Nations and Métis cultures. Featuring floral motifs rooted in traditional Métis beadwork, each tee is hand-printed on ultra-soft organic cotton and bamboo fabrics, in Winnipeg, Treaty 1 Territory.
The Symbolism Behind the Ribbons on Our Heart Berry Tee:
Red – Honours Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2-Spirit People (MMIWG2S).
Orange – Remembers the children who never came home and honours Residential School Survivors.
Blue – Represents Water and Land Protectors — a tribute to those who defend our Earth, our resources, and our future.
Each ribbon tells part of a story — of truth, resistance, healing, and hope. Together, they form a commitment to remembrance, protection, and a sustainable path forward for all generations.
Made with care. Worn with purpose.
*This isn’t just a T-shirt—it’s a commitment. For every tee sold, $5 will go support Indigenous-led organizations including MMIWG2S initiatives and the Clan Mothers Healing Village.

Heart Berries - Our Story
In our Indigenous teachings, strawberries are often called the heart berry — strawberries are known as the heart berry — a symbol of love, truth, healing, and the journey of the heart. Among First Nations and Métis peoples, they mark new beginnings, often the first to ripen after a long winter.
In Métis tradition, strawberries appear in floral beadwork and textiles, woven among flowers to honour our connection to the land. This Heart Berry T-shirt carries that spirit — a quiet but powerful symbol of gratitude and resilience.
