I love the neckline on this blouse, but unfortunately, the sleeves are uncomfortably tight. The size chart puts me between M and L based on chest measurement and I bought an L.

I have this blouse in short sleeves in two colors and also in long sleeves in two different colors. I wear them All. The. Time. Comfortable and classy, I wear them teaching, in formal meetings, and hanging out with friends.

Soft fabric, great fit, beautiful collar detail. My only complaint is the seam down the back which is uncomfortable. It's not rough, so it might be fine for most people, but it's been too much for me when trying it on. I'm going to see if a local tailor can redo this seam to lay flat, but I feel that AM should show these parts of the garment so shoppers are aware.
