How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 6-9 days for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
REGULAR priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
CAPSULES: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: We have extended the return/exchange policy to accommodate the holiday season, allowing Christmas gift orders to be returned or exchanged until January 17th, 2024. Our standard return/exchange policies will still apply as usual.
BOXING DAY SALE ITEMS: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, with original receipt until January 31, 2024.

This vest is warm and cozy without being too heavy. However, I wish it were available in a M/L, rather than a L/XL. I typically wear a size L, though I tend to size down in the looser fitting AM tops, like tunics. I wish there'd been some guidance on the website to this effect because the tunic I purchased is oversized on me, both in terms of length and circumference. The pockets are a nice feature, but for me, they add extra bulk at my hips, which isn't a feature where I need more padding. I'd prefer the vest without the inseam pockets. I wore it for a day before coming to these conclusions, so now I cannot exchange it for a smaller size. I'll still wear it, but it doesn't have the semi-professional look on me that I was hoping for. So, consider sizing down, especially if you're in between sizes.
