Our Fibre Lab is dedicated to developing sustainable, circular textiles. In collaboration with the University of Manitoba, we’ve studied the biodegradability of our materials through an NSERC-funded project, and we’re working with a fabric institute to create innovative, eco-friendly fabrics.

We’re exploring regenerative materials from waste, designing biodegradable textiles, and developing new fibre blends like organic cotton, bamboo, natural dyes, and compostable denim. Current experiments include testing compostable denim’s durability and performance in textile design.
