Refresh & Reflect: Strawberry Mint Iced Tea + The Heart of the Berry
Whether you're celebrating Mother's Day, enjoying time in the sun, or simply craving a cooling, feel-good drink — this Strawberry Mint Iced Tea is a beautiful way to welcome the season.
🍓 Strawberry Mint Iced Tea
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
A handful of fresh mint leaves
4 cups water
2 tea bags (green tea or white tea work beautifully)
Honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions:
Boil the water and steep the tea bags for about 5 minutes.
In a blender, purée strawberries and a few mint leaves until smooth.
Strain if you prefer it smooth.
Stir the purée into the tea, add a drizzle of honey/maple syrup, and chill.
Serve over ice with extra mint sprigs.
BONUS: Make it Sun Tea!
Instead of boiling water, you can let the tea steep naturally in sunlight.
Fill a clear jar or pitcher with 4 cups of water and add the tea bags.
Cover loosely and leave it outside in direct sun for 2–3 hours.
Once the tea is brewed, remove the tea bags and stir in your strawberry-mint purée.
Chill and serve over ice!
Bonus: Sun Tea feels slower, softer — and somehow tastes a little sweeter.
