How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your items to be made and shipped to you. Each piece is meticulously made by our small team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a ‘Just-In-Time' production model, we drastically reduce excess and waste by only producing what we sell. Sit back and relax, as we carefully cut and sew your pieces.
Regular priced items: Items returned unworn, with tags attached, and with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the original payment, or can be returned for exchange/store credit up to 30 days.
Capsules: Item(s) purchased apart of a capsule with a discount code may only be exchanged for a different colour or size, or returned for store credit.
GREEN SALE, LAST CHANCE & DESIGNER SAMPLE items: Can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unworn and with original tags attached, along with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order.
AS IS & RESALE items: These items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Artisan Jewelry Items: All jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom orders or altered items: Custom orders, re-cuts and any altered items (including hemming) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
